In the last days of February (23-26) we took part in the last virtual mobility in this project run by a school from Carini near Palermo in Sicily (Italy), devoted to dishes in the historical cultural heritage and literature of Italy, Spain and Lithuania. All partners gave presentations about the culinary history of their countries and traditional dishes typical of their culture. Our students prepared presentations in which they discussed the history of such dishes as dumplings, sour rye soup, meat in jelly and bigos, and presented recipes for their preparation. Meeting in discussion groups, students developed international mixed daily menus, thereby promoting further traditional dishes adapted to the time of the day. We have completed the educational activities in this project with this mobility. We would like to thank all students, teachers and institutions cooperating during its implementation for their commitment, in particular the Skołyszyn Commune, which financially supported both the visit to our school in the first year of the project and the purchase of equipment for the latter two mobility.
